We will offer a late registration with a $25 per person penalty up to Monday, November 10th. Registration will not be available after this date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Weekend Overview
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4th
Registration ~ When registering you will receive your weekend packet, name badge and gift (if applicable). Registration is open throughout the weekend for any questions regarding the weekend events.
Volunteer Welcome Center & Cyber Café ~ Meet, greet and visit with other volunteers in a relaxed atmosphere. See 60th historical display, check email and learn more about USTA Florida. Snacks and beverages will be served.
JTT LLC's and Tournament Directors ~ gather for a full day workshop.
League Coordinators and County Representatives ~ get together to share ideas on growing tennis.
First Timer's Orientation ~ This orientation is open to anyone who wants to learn more about our association. If you have never been to an Annual Meeting Weekend then this is the session for you.
Beach Party and Beach Tennis Event ~ Bring your shorts and flip-flops and join us for some rocking beach tennis.- Dinner and cocktails
- Island music
- Beach tennis exhibition
- Play beach tennis
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5th
60th Annual Meeting ~ Plan to attend this business meeting of the association. Don't miss the opportunity to see the videos and meet the 2009-2010 Board of Directors and staff. Delegates will be voting on bylaw changes.
Awards Luncheon ~ Come enjoy our luncheon and listen to all of the wonderful stories from around the state.
QuickStart Tennis Mix Up ~ Join the fun as we mix it up with QuickStart. Tennis courts are just a short walk from the hotel. (Directions available at registration)
Open Free Time Tennis ~ If our QuickStart Event is not for you, then gather your players, come to our registration desk and pick up a can of balls and head over to Henry L. McMullen Tennis Complex to play your own game. (Directions available at registration)
Silent Auction, Dinner Dance and Casino Games ~ Join us for an evening full of FUN for ALL.
- Our silent auction will be taking place with fabulous items for bidding including US Open tickets, autographed memorabilia, LPGA & PGA golf packages, weekend trips and much, much more.
- Come enjoy a fabulous dinner and dance the night away.
- See if Lady Luck is on your side as you play Black Jack, Roulette or Texas Hold Em Poker.
- The winning ticket from the US Open Experience Raffle will be pulled
- All donations from silent auction are tax deductible and will be used to benefit the USTA Florida Section Foundation

Breakfast & Awards Presentation ~ Join us for a fabulous breakfast and a salute to our most prominent award winners.

Hotel Reservation Deadline:
November 10thMEALSWe offer two meal options for Guests, Delegates and Member Organization Representatives:
1. Pay for a full meal package, $175/person (includes all meal functions for the weekend, attendance at any open meetings, tennis event and complimentary gift).
2. This option allows you to select the individual meal you wish to attend.
USTA Florida will offer the following meals:
Friday Barbeque Buffet: $40/person
Saturday Breakfast: $15/person
Saturday Lunch: $40/person
Saturday Dinner Dance and Live Auction: $60/person
Sunday Awards Breakfast: $30/person
Children's Weekend Meals: $50/child
GENERAL INFORMATION
When you arrive at the hotel, please proceed directly to our registration area to receive your packet and name badge for the weekend. REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR NAME BADGE TO ALL MEAL FUNCTIONS.
ATTIRE ~ Saturday Annual Meeting and Sunday Breakfast are business casual. The rest of the weekend is casual.

Anyone may attend our 60th Annual Meeting & Anniversary Celebration Weekend. Delegates and Member Organizations are encouraged to attend our Annual Meeting on Saturday. Only Delegates are entitled to vote on any business items.
