Outback Steakhouse in Delray Beach Serves Up USTA Member Appreciation Day

September 14, 2004 02:46 PM
Frances took its toll, but the Millennium International Tennis Championships in Delray Beach forged ahead.  The first matches were played on schedule, Monday, September 13th, and also right on schedule, USA Tennis Florida held Membership Appreciation Day for all USTA members attending the tournament.  Those who attended were thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy the very best food of any professional event Membership Appreciation Day to date in Florida.

The Outback Steakhouse at I-95 and Linton Boulevard offered steak, salad, veggies, and chicken wings a-plenty for all those attendees.  The food was delicious and Managing Partner Michael Rosenstein and his wife and two daughters served it in elegant and gracious fashion.  They love tennis and wanted to be a part of the Millennium International Tennis Championships.

In addition, many thanks to volunteers Ralph Duckett and Mercedes Sideregts.  Their tireless efforts made up for the fact that a number of volunteers could not work because of responsibilities from Frances!
