Florida Super Senior Grand Prix into the Web World

The Florida Super Senior Winter Circuit, also known as the Florida Super Senior Grand Prix (SSGP), is under way in Ft. Myers at the Colonial Country Club. Even the economy can’t stop eager senior tennis players from all over the U.S. from heading to Florida, Jan. 5-11, 2009, for some great competition. The West Coast Super Senior Grand Prix at Colonial has attracted approximately 180 players in divisions ranging from age 55 all the way to 90.

This year, in addition to information on the http://supersenior.info/index.shtml website, there will be a separate website, accessible on the USTA Florida home page at: http://flsupersenior.wordpress.com/ with results and photos for fans and grandkids to check up on their favorite players and grandparents. Comments are encouraged on the website as we would love to hear from you about the SSGP.

If you are a senior player there is no time to waste! Enter in the tournaments, start practicing and be ready to meet a great group of competitive players!
