Orlando Facilities Start QuickStart Tennis League

March 11, 2009 10:58 AM

QuickStart Tennis (QST), the new play format for kids 10 and under, is shining bright in Orlando as Susie Rahimitabar, QST Tennis Coordinator, runs a league involving 53 youth players in the Greater Orlando Area. Lake Cane Tennis Center, Fort Gatlin Tennis Center and Orlando Tennis Center teach the new play format which involves short scoring, scaled down equipment and a smaller court to allow kids to quickly play and have success with the sport at an early age.

Eli Riviera delivers the QST Tennis format of play every Sunday to 17 kids at the Lake Cane Tennis Center, while Kevin Barnes coordinates the 29 player group at Orlando Tennis Center on Tuesdays. Jenna Richardson runs class every Saturday at Fort Gatlin Tennis Center.

The next season for QST Tennis begins at the end of April. For more information, contact Susie@mgtennis.com or call Lake Cane at (407) 254-9170.
