GREG OUELLETTE

Former Florida junior standout Greg Ouellette is no stranger to success and is proving his orange and blue stripes as a stalwart member of the Florida Men’s Team. After an impressive summer of competing in Junior Italian Open, Junior Wimbledon and Junior US Open, Greg was ready to bite into the college level. In a very short time, Greg has already had wins over the #35 and #44 player in the country.

Recently at the All American Championships, Greg clawed his way through a 300 player qualifying draw and eventually won a round in the main draw. The young gator proved he’s ready to compete against the top players with an impressive 6-4, 6-4 loss to the 8th player in the country Pedro Rico from Pepperdine.

Greg’s father Ken discussed his steady road of success and commented that Greg has adjusted to college life nicely. Greg is used to being independent and the University of Miami On Line School has helped him. Not only has Greg’s father been pleased, but Gator coach Andy Jackson is also smiling about his star recruit. Jackson commented “Greg has had one of the best fall seasons in the country for freshmen.” The Gator coach sees a bright future and remarked “Greg has a real chance to be one of the elite college players.”
