Florida Juniors Attend High Performance Camps

The USTA Florida Section is pleased to announce that two Florida players from Boca Raton participated in the USTA High Performance Camp on Jan. 23rd-27th in Carson, California.  Alicia Black is currently ranked No. 10 in G10 singles for Florida, while Julia O'Loughlin is ranked No. 18 in G12 singles.  National Coaches, Debbie Graham Shaffer and Kimberly Po Messerli conducted the training camp for eight players born in 1997 and 1998.  Strength and Conditioning Specialist/ATC Mary Jo Campbell led daily training sessions and USTA staff members John Lansville and Anne Pankhurst conducted presentations for players and parents.

The USTA Florida Section is also pleased to announce that Jeff Dadamo of Tampa participated in the USTA High Performance Clay Court Camp on Feb. 1-16 at the Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton, Florida.  Jeff is currently ranked No. 4 in the Nation for B18 singles.  USTA National Coaches David Dilucia and Martin VanDaalen conducted the clay court camp.
