Section League Championships/Team Eligibility and Entry Fees 3.03A: At all section championships, the minimum number of required team members who were on the final roster of their local league team at the conclusion of local league play must be available and eligible to combine and compete. This requirement cannot be waived. The minimum number of required team members is six (6).  Entry fees will not be refunded to teams that withdraw from any section championship after the tournament schedule is first published.

Registration:

Online registration is closed.

Captains may register additional players at Thursday's Team Registration with checks and exact cash only.  No credit cards accepted.

Team entry fee will not be refunded if the team drops out of the tournament.

Deadline Date:  December 17th

Team Registration:

Date:  Thursday, January 13, 2011
Time:  Between 5:30 & 6:30 PM or no later than 90 minutes prior  
              to your first match.  

Team Captain’s Meeting:

Place: Holiday Inn Daytona Beach at LPGA
Date:  Thursday, January 13, 2011.
Time:  6:30 – 7:00 PM.

This is a mandatory meeting for captains only! If the captain cannot attend, a designee must represent the team.

NOTE: Completing the team on line registration does not exclude the captain from attending the team registration and team captain meeting.

Scoring:

Best of two tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak if required.
Coman tiebreak procedure will be used for the set and match tiebreak.

Coaching:

No coaching allowed.
No cell phones or electronic devices allowed on court.

Gifts/Awards:

Players will receive a hat.  In addition, a hospitality station will be available throughout the event.

Awards are provided by the USTA.
Winners and Finalists must report to the tournament desk for award distribution following their final match.
