Important information for 2012 Early-Start Ratings
Early-start ratings will ONLY be published on the USTA Florida Section web site
Please do not look for early-start ratings or appeal information through TennisLink
http://tennislink.usta.com as only year-end ratings are published there.
Players cannot appeal through TennisLink’s "Find Rating" for an early start rating.
NOTE: If your name does not appear on the Early-Start Rating list, then your rating has not changed & you will maintain your last rating.
The early-start ratings are published in August for the sole purpose of establishing a rating for those players who plan to play during the 2012 USTA League season which may begin play as early as August 2011.
The ratings apply ONLY to those individuals who are playing in EARLY START PROGRAMS & DO NOT apply to those players participating in leagues which begin play after January 1, 2012.
It is important to note that this is not your final rating for the 2011 USTA League season.
Year-end ratings will be published after the 2011 USTA League Tennis National Championships are complete, and published the first week of December.

1.     Go to Register for a Team….use the team number….if your rating is too high you will see an APPEAL button
2.     Click on the Appeal button and fill in the desired rating and you will have an immediate answer.
