disney-goofy-tennisThe Florida State men’s tennis program is hosting the third annual USTA Collegiate Clay Court Invitational at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando from Oct. 30-Nov. 2, 2014.

“We are excited about the opportunity to host the USTA Clay Court Invitational for the third consecutive year,” said Florida State Head Coach Dwayne Hultquist. “The partnership between the USTA, Disney, and Florida State makes this a unique event. We are looking forward to extended ESPN3 coverage and are hoping the Orlando and Central Florida community get behind the event.”

The tennis complex at ESPN Wide World of Sports includes 10 world-class clay courts, including a stadium court which can seat more than 1,000 spectators. Delray Beach Extends Discount to See 2014 US Open Champions

Delray_Beach_venetian_logoWhen the Delray Beach Open by the Venetian® Las Vegas announced last month that defending champions Marin Cilic and the Bryan Brothers would be returning to Delray Beach to play in its 2015 event, tournament officials had a suspicion the stars had a strong close to the 2014 season in their sights. But both winning the US Open?

"What a thrill for Marin, and for his coach Goran (Ivanisevic)," said Tournament Director Mark Baron. "And for all tennis fans who were here in Delray last year and saw what he was capable of. To have both those guys, and the Bryans, committed to defending their titles in Delray Beach is a wonderful thing to look forward to. Big congratulations go out to Mike and Bob for winning their 100th career title in New York."

The US Open champions are the headliners for Delray Beach's ATP World Tour event, which will be played at the Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center Feb. 13-22, 2015.

In honor of their return, Delray Beach's annual ticket promotion that has been running during the US Open will be extended another week.

The Bryans' quest to defend their Delray Beach title starts with their first-round match on Wednesday, Feb. 18 in the 12:30 p.m. feature slot of the day session.

Marin Cilic's coach, Goran Ivanisevic, will return to the Delray Beach Open by The Venetian® Las Vegas to play in the tournament's 2015 ATP Champions Tour event. Ivanisevic will be one of six legends of the game who will play in the ATP Champions Tour event that is contested over the President's Day weekend (Feb. 13-15).

Tickets can be ordered online at www.YellowTennisBall.com. The promotion expires at midnight on Monday, Sept. 15.
