Greetings from hot, sunny Tucson!
Eleven players from Orlando, and one from Atlanta (Sandy Ruark moved during the season, but joined us for regionals, sectionals and now nationals,) are so excited to be representing Florida here in Tucson.
We are meeting so many nice players from around the country.
Team Florida had a strong finish in flight 2, winning all of our matches.
We face off 7:30 am Sunday morning against the Midwest team from Ohio.
Singles player Pam Sheehan was joined out here in Tucson by her sister Jen Culko, who is also here as a 3.0 player for Mid Atlantic. They also won their flight, so a potential match-off is possible!
Early dinner, early to bed so we are prepared for the early morning match!!!

Team Florida, aka "No Drama Mamas," is so excited to be in Tucson. The Lodge on the Desert is now home base for 12 of our 20-person roster this weekend. We are ready for our first match at 9 am tomorrow!
We have been playing together in several different leagues for the past few years, and decided to form this 3.0 "no drama" team. It's been a long season since we started match play in January in sunny Orlando. We are ready for the National tournament to begin. Booya!!!
